Cancellation Policy
Clear, fair cancellation terms — no small print designed to catch you out.

Standard Tours
For most half-day and short tours — including Amsterdam Highlights, Rotterdam Skyline & Markthal, Utrecht Canals & Dom Tower, Zaanse Schans Windmills and Delft Pottery & History — you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Full-Day Tours With Transport
Tours that involve pre-arranged transport, a boat crossing, or included meals — Giethoorn Village of Canals, Keukenhof Tulip Gardens, Volendam & Marken Fishing Villages, and the Grand Netherlands Tour — require 48 hours' notice for a full refund, since we book transport and catering in advance on your behalf.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made after the applicable window (24 or 48 hours) are non-refundable, as guides and any pre-booked transport or venues have already been confirmed for your spot. We understand plans change unexpectedly — if something serious comes up, email us and we'll always do our best to find a fair solution.
Weather
Our tours run rain or shine. In the rare case that a tour is canceled by us due to unsafe weather conditions, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to rebook for another date, whichever you prefer.
How to Cancel
Email us at dutchwanderer@outlook.com with your booking details (name, tour, and date) and we'll confirm your cancellation and any applicable refund within one business day.
Rescheduling
Prefer a different date instead of a refund? Let us know when you cancel — we're happy to move your booking to another available date at no extra cost, as long as you reach out within the same notice window described above.
