Dutch Wanderer organizes small-group guided tours across the Netherlands. By submitting a booking request through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Bookings

Submitting the booking form on our website sends us a request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is only confirmed once we've replied to you by email confirming availability, date and payment. Prices shown on the site are per person and in euros unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment

Payment is arranged directly with you by email after your request is confirmed. We accept standard bank transfer and major payment methods, details of which will be provided in your confirmation email.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by tour type and are described in full on our Cancellation Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

5. Your Responsibilities

Please arrive at the meeting point on time — tours cannot wait for latecomers, as it affects the experience for the rest of the group. Some tours involve walking on uneven ground, stairs, or boat travel; please make sure the tour you choose is suitable for your fitness level and any members of your group, including children.

6. Changes to Tours

Occasionally a route, stop, or guide may change due to circumstances outside our control (closures, weather, local events). We'll always aim to offer an equivalent experience and will notify you in advance where possible.

7. Liability

Dutch Wanderer takes reasonable care to ensure tours are safe and well-run, but participation is at your own risk. We recommend travelers arrange their own travel insurance for the duration of their trip.

8. Photography

Our guides may take photos during group tours for use in future marketing. Let your guide know at the start of the tour if you'd prefer not to be included, and we'll respect that.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled under Dutch jurisdiction.
