When you submit a booking request or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, preferred date, number of travelers, and any message you include. We don't collect anything beyond what you type into our forms.

  • To confirm your tour booking and communicate with you about it
  • To reply to questions sent by email
  • To send occasional newsletter emails, only if you've subscribed

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How It's Stored

Booking and contact form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, and delivered to our email inbox. We recommend reviewing Formspree's own privacy policy for details on how they handle data in transit.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We don't run analytics scripts that build a profile of your browsing behavior.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to see what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email dutchwanderer@outlook.com and we'll handle it promptly.

If you've subscribed to our newsletter and want to stop receiving emails, email us and we'll remove you immediately.
